How Kinkicorn Came to Be

Here at Kinkicorn, we strive to bring a little (okay, maybe a lot) of sparkle and fun to what has traditionally been the fairly serious and dark world of the alternative lifestyle. Our products are for everyone from the vanilla person to the the fully dedicated kinkster. Our offerings range from necklace and unicorn pendants to our fully quality tested paddles and floggers. We’re taking the traditional black leather and dark dungeons and adding a splash of color and lights

I wear a lot of black, but the colors associated with kink seem to be 50 shades of gloomy. I needed some glitter, some sparkles, and more color.

I admit I’m a little kinky. Because I’m very honest about my sexuality and openness to different things, I found I was having conversations with friends who were curious or wanted to learn more but didn’t know where to start or were too intimidated by the dark leather or masked kinksters to ask questions. I did my part to help point them in the right direction to get educated and start exploring safely.

One day, I was in a store and found these awesome unicorn plushies. I bought all three because I had friends who would love them. And then I got to thinking…how I could make them even better? I could customize them and make them reflect the kinds of things my friends liked. All three of these friends were also kinky. So, the unicorns got modified with the addition of the infamous Pleasure Pockets, and outfitted with cute accessories. I had a great time making them and my friends went absolutely nuts over them.

One of my friends loved hers so much that she wanted to gift others with some kinkified stuffed animals. So, I made the second round of Kinkis and they enjoyed them just as much as the first group did. And that was that. Or so I thought.

Later, it occurred to me that my pals loved their Kinkicorns. They love sparkly and pretty toys when they can find them. Maybe other people would like their own Kinkis. Maybe I could help folks fulfill their need for pretty versions of their kinky toys. Maybe I could even help those who were kink curious to learn more in a safe environment.
